Continuous product monitoring

The quality of our manufactured products is maintained at a constantly high standard due to continuous monitoring.

Visual inspections

During the production process our trained staff closely monitors the quality of your modules.

AOI System

AOI-System OptiCon Smart Line from GPEL electronic. Our AOI System is employed especially in SMD production as even the smallest faults can be optically detected reliably here. Subsequent to the inspection the fault data is transmitted online to our repairplaces for rectification of faults and defects.

Function test

For the final inspection we are able to offer our customers the additional execution of a complete function test of the module under ambient conditions to be determined.
